Your Right to Cancel
Under EU consumer law, customers shopping online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
At Olives Boutique, we extend this period and accept returns within 21 days of delivery, provided items meet our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Please return items to the address below.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be arranged with a provider of your choice. Delivery charges are not refunded. If an item is faulty or does not meet your statutory rights, both will be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account again
- Contacting your credit card provider
- Contacting your bank, as processing times may vary

For items valued over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
