Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in euro unless otherwise stated.
We may update prices from time to time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been placed and accepted.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We currently ship within the island of Ireland, across the European Union and to the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Cancellations
If you are shopping as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to any applicable exceptions.
In addition to your statutory rights, Olives Boutique accepts returns within 21 days of delivery, provided items meet our return conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
